This property was designed by Joel himself. He wanted to build something a little different than the traditional home.The house took 5 months to build. It is a barn inspired and features a main open plan living and kitchen wing on one side, with bedrooms and a main bathroom on the other side, and a master suite and entry way connecting the two sides.

Lots of timber features were used to incorporate the surrounding bush around the property, including the handmade timber door and the timber garage feature.
